For a graphic design business, advanced technology is an indispensable tool. In the case of TheFANs, LLC , the challenge to meet production increases has been significant. With that said, TheFANs, LLC has made some long overdue administrative, technical and pricing changes. These changes will place TheFANs, LLC alongside our competition, enhancing our product quality as well as boost our production time.
New Policy and Procedures:
1. Business Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. Closed Sunday. After hours and Saturday, call
for appointment (i.e. funeral services and rush jobs).
2. Payments: Must be received after customer acceptance of job. No orders will be shipped without payment, no exceptions. We accept
PayPal, money orders, and personal checks. Orders will not be shipped until funds are verified when paying with personal check.
3. A flat fee design charge of $50.00 will be accessed on business cards, post cards, bookmarks, and other miscellaneous items.
Additional service charges for design changes may apply after customer acceptance.
4. RUSH CHARGES: In an effort to better manage our work flow, we have instituted a rush charge policy. A rush job is defined as a project
needing to be completed in less than 5 Business days. When ordering a rush job, please specify your requirement date. We will confirm
our ability to meet the date and confirm applicable charges. Additionally, higher shipping and handling rates may apply. Once a job has
been accepted by all parties and payment has been received, the job will be produced and shipped within the specified time frame. As
most jobs are completed within 3-5 business days, we anticipate that only a small number of jobs will actually fall under our rush category.
5. Scanning Services: Conversion of hard copy images to digital format is $7.00 per 8 1/2 x 11 sheets or 1 scanning bed. (Price does
not include photo enhancements. Document scanning and indexing services are priced separately.
6. Custom Orders: Buttons, Business Cards, Posters, Puzzles, Mirrors, Magnets, Coasters, Bags, Bookmarks, Book layout, Programs,
require a 5 to 7 business day for design and printing.
7. Shipping and Handling Costs: All shipping and handling costs are estimates and will be provided on the final bill.
8. Savings and Discounts: There will be a monthly special posted on the website on all of our products and services.
9. Product Samples: Are not typically provided as all of our business is custom for each individual client. It time permits, we will try
to accommodate for generic samples.
